What File Juggler Does

File Juggler is the closest thing Windows has to Mac's Hazel. You point it at folders and write rules: when a file appears in Downloads and the name contains "statement," move it to Finance and rename it by date. It can even read the text inside PDFs to match rules, which puts it ahead of most rule-based tools.

Once your rules are set, it runs silently and predictably. For files that follow patterns (bank statements, exported reports, camera imports), that's automation at its best, and the one-time license is easy on the wallet.

The limit is the same as every rule engine: it only handles what you anticipated. A client's oddly named contract, a phone scan, a screenshot of a receipt: no rule matches, so nothing happens.

What Filect Does
